Leadline ("we", "us") runs lead-line.io and provides pay per lead services: exclusive, pre-vetted, high-quality leads for local and home service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
- Enquiry details. When you use our contact form or book a call, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, your service or trade, the area you cover, and anything you choose to tell us.
- Lead form details. If you reach us through one of our ads (for example a Facebook or Instagram lead form), we receive the details you submit there - usually your name, email, phone number and the answers to the questions in the form.
- Technical basics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site secure and running. We do not run analytics or tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and check whether your service and area are still open (we work with one business per service, per area).
- To set up and deliver your leads, and to run your strategy call.
- To keep you updated about your enquiries, packs and delivery - service messages, not spam.
- To send marketing only where you have asked for it or where the law allows, and always with a way to opt out.
About the leads we deliver
Every lead we deliver has come through our own advertising, answered a short qualifying quiz, and had their phone number verified by SMS - so they know why we are calling and they expect contact about the service they asked about. If you are a client receiving leads from us, you may use a lead's details only to contact that person about the service they enquired about, and you must handle their data lawfully and respect opt-outs immediately.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with the providers who help us run the service, each under their own privacy terms:
- Netlify - website hosting.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) - advertising and lead forms.
- OnceHub - call booking.
- Our SMS verification provider - confirming phone numbers on lead forms.
Some of these providers process data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for - to handle your enquiry, deliver your service, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Enquiry data is reviewed and deleted periodically, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU, UK and similar regimes), you can ask us to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or give you a copy to take elsewhere. To use any of these rights, contact us through the form on our homepage and we will respond promptly. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above. Big changes will be flagged clearly.
